This was an abandoned building in Fort Totten park. I walked up the stair of the porch of this building, I then start taking picture of a window and this figure showed up in the photo. There wasnt anybody behine me. My wife n kids were standing on the other side of the porch. If anybody was behind me they would have seen them . I can't debunk it.
